According to Omskstat, over the past year there has been a sharp collapse in production. All areas of industry that were in the Omsk region, declined. 
Thus, over the past year in the Omsk region the industrial production index decreased by 2.1% compared with 2017. Machine building fell by 19%, vehicle production by 15%, chemicals and products by 6%. But as Omskstat assures, there is a positive growth trend in the industry in the production of dairy products, namely ice cream (an increase of 11%).
