This was stated by the Association of Milk Manufacturers of Ukraine, which is concerned that fake cheese products are increasingly found on the shelves of supermarkets. 
The peculiarity of fake cheese is that the product is made from fats of vegetable origin, and can also be dissolved in milk. Sour milk fake is often found under the guise of cheese, which is sold by weight.
The Association of Milk Producers also recalled that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is already considering a draft law on dairy products, which will allow better control over the production of milk-containing products.
