Ingredients:

  • Peking cabbage -1 kg.
  • Water - 1.5 liters.
  • Salt - to taste.
  • Red Bulgarian pepper - 300 g

  • Bitter pepper for kimchi flakes - 1-2 pcs.
  • Soy sauce - 50 ml.
  • Garlic - 1 clove.
