Composition of products:

  • 1.5 kilograms of sugar;
  • 1.5 glasses of purified water;
  • 6 pieces of quince fruits of medium size;
  • 1 lemon;
  • 1 handful of barberry berries (optional);
  • vanillin on the tip of a knife.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Berries to sort, wash under running water in a colander and let dry.
