Cooking apple jam in a slow cooker: a step by step recipe

Apple Orange Jam

This product will need the following ingredients:

  • a kilo of apples;
  • 3-4 oranges;
  • kilogram of sugar.

  • knife.

To prepare this product you need:

  1. Wash the apples, peel them, core them, cut them into cubes.
  2. Peel oranges, divide them into slices, free from seeds (if desired), cut each lobule into 2-3 slices.
  3. Apples and oranges are placed in a slow cooker, covered with sugar, mixed and left to stand for 1 hour.
  4. Turn on the slow cooker in the "Quenching" mode for 40 minutes.
