Champignons rapidly rose in price before fasting

A few days before Lent due to warming, the price of champignons began to rise. For a week, the price of mushrooms when shipped from the farms of the Kiev region increased by 8-9 UAH. According to traders in the wholesale markets, the price may increase even more, because there are few mushrooms on the market. In the Kiev region, the price at the beginning of the week was in the range from 20 UAH / kg to 24 UAH / kg, and starting from Wednesday, prices began to rise and on Friday the farms were selling mushrooms at 28 UAH / kg.

In the wholesale market "Troyeshchyna", the price of champignons at the beginning of the week was in the range from 23 to 26 UAH / kg, and at the end of the week it grew and was in the range of 28-30 UAH / kg. For supermarket chains, producers at the beginning of the week sold at a price of 31-32 UAH / kg, and by the end the price of champignons increased to 34-36 UAH / kg.
