The main disease of the gallbladder is cholelithiasis. In this case, there is stagnation of bile in the gallbladder and ducts. In the second stage of the disease in the gall bladder or in the ducts begin to form stones.

Beets are rich in vitamin B4 and flavonoids, which cause relaxation of the biliary tract and improve the flow of bile. Funds based on this root are able to gently reduce the stones, the cause of which is the stagnation of bile.

Consider whether you can eat fresh beets, if there is no gallbladder. Beetroot is one of the most useful vegetables after surgical removal of the gallbladder (read on how the beet is good for human health).

Fresh root vegetables can be eaten in moderation within a week after discharge from the hospital. Beetroot helps to normalize the process of digestion after removal of the gallbladder.
